How are we doing fitness fam?!

Ever since I started posted my fitness journey people have been intrigued to know more about the classes I take. It’s easy to get discouraged try a new work out or machines in the gym. I would often see people using the rowing machine, thinking to myself “Yikes, that looks intense”


Ever since then,I’ve been hooked! At RowHouse Chelsea, they have a variety of classes you can choose from. I have been taking the “House” classes which are a mixture of rowing and cardio within the 45 minutes.
